Part 1: Using this website

  • By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
  • The information here is general. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t promise it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time.
  • The figures in the missed-call calculator are estimates from the numbers you enter. They are not a promise of what you will earn or save.
  • The app screens shown on this page use made-up example data.
  • The words, design, logo and screens on this website belong to us. You may view and share the page, but not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
  • Don’t misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, and no false or spam demo requests.
  • Links to other websites are for your convenience. We’re not responsible for their content.
  • We’re not liable for any loss that comes from relying on information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Part 2: How Landscaping OS plans work (summary)

This is a plain summary. Before you start, we send you the full customer agreement to read and sign. That agreement is what applies to your plan; if anything here differs from it, the agreement wins.

Prices and payment

  • Tier 1 · OS: £149 a month. Tier 2 · OS + Ads: £1,250 a month plus ad spend. Tier 3 · Full System: £2,500 a month plus ad spend.
  • No VAT is added: you pay the price shown.
  • Tier 1 is paid monthly by card through Stripe.
  • On Tiers 2 and 3, the first month is paid 50% upfront and 50% when your ads and pages go live, then monthly.
  • On Tiers 2 and 3, ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta. It isn’t part of our monthly fee.

Minimum term and cancelling

  • Tier 1 is monthly with no minimum term.
  • Tiers 2 and 3 have a 3-month minimum, because the ads need time to build results.
  • To cancel, email us. Your plan stops after 30 days’ notice (and, on Tiers 2 and 3, not before the end of the 3-month minimum).

Setup

  • We set Landscaping OS up for you and aim to have it live within 5 working days of you signing up. You join one 30–45 minute call to get the app on your phone.

Our guarantee

  • Tier 1 (Landscaping OS) organises and tracks the enquiries you already get; it doesn’t generate new ones. If you’re not happy, or it isn’t right for your business, tell us within 30 days of starting and you get your money back.
  • Tiers 2 and 3: we help you get more qualified enquiries through the ads we run for you and, on Tier 3, the landing page we build for you. We don’t promise a set number of enquiries.
  • We don’t promise jobs, leads or revenue. Those depend on your marketing, prices and follow-up.

Your data

  • We handle data under UK GDPR. See our privacy notice. The customer agreement includes how we process your customers’ details on your behalf.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any disputes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
